That's right ladies and gents, yours truly, freakintiger has officially entered the world of modified 2.3 Fords with this new arrival! Big cheese grin!

You will be happy in with the 20lbs that you will lose from doing the swap. I got my Ranger header on thanks to Brantley, and it made a big difference. You might want to pick up a gasket to help prevent leaks. Just take you time and you will be happy with the results.

Absolutely, turbos blow large amounts of air into our engines so that we can go fast.

The header actually doesn't vastly improve torque like it's been hyped. If you paid $50 or less for it it is definitely worth it, but for a number of reasons: minor torque improvement, better exhaust note, better looking engine, frees up engine bay room, and when people say that cast iron manifold is heavy they aren't kidding.
