What is wrong with my horn? I believe it must be in the switch because it is very easy to pull on the airbag area and the horn will beep. Also whenever I hit bumps in the road it sometimes beeps quickly as well.

check for exposed wire under the dash, behind the air bag, also check the horns themselves behind the drivers splash guard.

The horn is also looser than I guess it should be. Its sticking out about a quarter of an inch where it is supposed to be so I'm guessing maybe there is a spring or something in there that is bad?

It takes 30 seconds to remove the horn pad and inspect the switches.

There is a little adjustability in the switches via allen head screws and you can adjust the horn pad a little via the two mounting bolts.

One of your allen heads might have backed out. That could make for a touchy horn.

Shouldn't he disconnect the battery since he'll be messing with the airbag? I'd do it just to be safe. Hate to have the airbag deploy by accident.
