horn problems

Any ideas where to start I am also waiting for a used Ford racing maf conversion kit, no directions is it just as simple as it looks or do I need to do anything besides the computer new plug and maf sensor, it is the Ford Racing part?
I'd disconnect the horns themselves and see if the fuse stops blowing. If it does, cool - you can figure out which horn is blowing the fuse and replace it, or just do both.

One time, the horn power lead was touching the bracket, and when I pushed the button it ground the horn and blew the fuse. I simply bent the horn away and it was fine.
