Cause its way cheaper to mod a hot wheels.

Speaking of it, I have a 93 cobra model I need to get going on to clone my GT.

I keep telling myself I'm going to cut mine up and repaint it to look like my REAL Fox (T-tops and attempt to modify the lights), but it just collects dust on my shelf because I work on the REAL car too much, haha.

JohhnyGMachine, that red car is the sickness. Did you rattle can it?

Thanks for the kind words guys. I did rattle can it and after polishing it it came out better even.
Ya know, I don't have a ton of time to play with the models but the neat thing about the 1/64 Hot Wheels is I can mod one pretty much during 1-2 lunch hours at work. Sometimes I can't get out of the office and the internet can get boring everyday for lunch. Since I work at GMP Diecast I'm a diecast model nut and have access to all kinds os stuff to play with these. There's instant gratification modifying a hot wheels Mustang versus hours and the amoutn of $$$ it can cost to mod the 1:1 cars LOL!

"When reading this i can only picture comic book guy from the simpsons"

That's cool, not your thing. I'm just a car nut all around - I'm fine with the label "Car Geek"....or just Car Guy.
