Hour 4.6L V8 2001 Cobra engine in a $96,000 car?

I was at the LA Auto show tonight and saw the wierdest thing for the first time. Panoz Esperante? I spoke to the gentlemen that said, yep "I bought the rest of the '01 engines and some '03's" to place in their custome cars? Guess he was one of the Engineers or something, kept saying I did this and I did that.

Oh...was my second time there because they did not have the '05 GT the first time I went. Saw the '05 GT and Corvette.
GT looks nice, they open the hood and showed a cutout where you can put a shaker intake.

The Panoz is a wonderful car. He races ford powered cars in american road racing and does very well. His cars are usually worth what he charges for them. He sells a hardtop version with a available 600hp blown 32v 4.6 and it pretty much kicks ass.
