How do i adjust my idle?

I have an 89 Gt and it is idleling at 1,000 rpms or just a little over. When it sits and idles it will drop to about 800 rpms but that is after a couple of minutes. Is there any way to adjust this? Also i was wondering if anyone can tell me why when i am driving and i push in the clutch the rpms do not drop all the way to idle until the car comes to a complete stop. They will drop gradually until about 1500 rpms, then when i come to a complete stop they will go to idle speed. I really noticed this after i put the 65mm TB on but i don't know if that has anything to do with the problem. Thanks alot guys

I would check the TPS and IAC it might be a little crusty.

The VSS is supposed to hang the idle at 1500 until you come to a stop to keep the car from dying. Although, it shouldn't do it for very long at all.

how to reset your idle. Although i've heard you can just start the car and turn the screw.

Like rerun posted, the car will not, or should not drop to idle until the car comes to a stop.
