How do I flush the Evaporator?

I bought all the supplies to fix my A/C (condenser, dryer, compressor, hoses) and it came with a flushing solution for the evaporator. It didnt come with any instructions except to keep it below 90 degrees and might explode if under pressure.

Can someone tell me how to flush the evaporator with this stuff?
