How do I get power to the ground?

If I mod up my GT to add more hp and torque with bolt ons or possibly a blower, what suspension upgrades would I need to make sure the power gets to the ground?

A good set of tires, lower control arms, some subframes connectors, shocks etc

I got the Eibach prokit on, but everything else is stock. What should I add? I was thinking about Tokiko shocks/struts. I was told I didn't need cc plates with such a minor drop...is this true?

IMO, you will need U/L control arms shocks, struts, springs, SFC. And yes you will want C/C plates. Notice I didn't say "need"

Tokico s are good.. I would take it to a aligment shop and they can tell you if you need cc plates or not...

If you want traction you are going in the wrong direction, lowering springs hurt traction quite alot.

that's a good point.

street handling (road race, cornering):
lowering springs, ball joints, larger swaybars, strut tower brace, adjustable caster/camber plates, rollbar

drag handling:
drag radials or slicks, soft rear springs, drag shocks

both: new rear control arms (upper and lower), subframes
