might be a dumb question but whatever...i want to turn up my boost, so how do i know what size pulley to get? i want to run somewhere in the lines of 14-15psi, with a p1sc and 3 core intercooler. my existing pully i dont know the size of it, so where do i measure it at ( do i measure the diameter of where the ribs on the pulley are, or do i measure the diameter of the outside, which would be prolly a half of an inch larger)?? as of now the rib diameter is 3 inches, and the outside diameter is 3.5 inches. i am hitting around 10 psi as of now, so anyone could help me here i would appreciate it, thanks a lot

sizes go by the outside diameter. how much boost you get out of a pulley depends partially on what mods you have. if you are getting 10psi out of a 3.5", i'd guess you'd need something in the neighborhood of 3.125" to get 14psi. if you do not have forged internals, i'd highly suggest you do not make the pulley swap.

yeah, i hear ya...my bottom end is currently being built by t&j...so when that goes in, the extra boost will follow (cant wait), would yall say 14-15 psi would be ok..or what would you run?

if T & J has your stuff then ask the man

I have a 3.4 on my Novi that makes 10#'s with the Paxton intercooler, and the Anderson powerpipe. I'd guess the 3.2 I had, and decided to send back would have given me 12-13#'s. You just gotta find someone that's been there done that I guess. :nice:
