well heres my .02, ford racing says to not pulley the m112 - and for pretty good reason, its going to make alot of heat (cooler upgrade needed)

They say not to pulley the blower not because it needs a cooler upgrade, but because it comes without any form of after cooler at all. It's a completely different story when you add some form of after cooling into the mix.....as seen on the '03-'04 Cobra and 2nd Gen Lightning’s. As far as only picking up .5 in the quarter mile....I don't know where you're from, but picking up half a second with less than $1000 worth of mods (or the use of nitrous) on a car that already runs mid-12's in stock trim is HUGE and certainly nothing to sneeze at. Some owners have picked up as much as 100lbs/ft of torque with nothing more than a pulley swap, an exhaust upgrade and a tune to pull it all together. Pretty good bang for the buck if you ask me. There was a video of a full bolt on Cobra running around a few months back that broke into the 9's while still running the M112. There's more potential in these blowers than most realize.

All superchargers make heat.....Twin Screws don't perform anywhere near their potential without some form of after cooler either and although Centrifugals are often more forgiving as far as ACT’s across the board are concerned, they don't move near the volume of air down low (when pullied conservatively enough to forgo the after cooler), as either the other two blowers do.

I think that I like the kenne bell 2.1 the best price that I have found so far is at seanhylandmotorsport.com. Has anybody found a better price? What all will I need to do this or does it all come with the kb kit? Will I have to use a different octane?

You don't want to use Seanstealyourmoneymotorsport.com. Trust me.

Anyone remember that thread about a year and a half ago where one of our members was attaching a leaf blower to their set up. That was one great big long flame war. lol

Yeah. He said he was doing it because he hated the 2V engine and was selling it soon anyways. I actually supported his research.
