Ooh, and it has chrome billet rims. That must be rare. I want a chip and exhaust that gives me as much horsepower as a stock Terminator too...

When it comes to horsepower claims, I always ask for a dyno sheet.

A friend of mine has a 2000 mustang gt with a MMR 900 short block, stock heads, comp cams, and full bolt on's. The motor is stock compression. I was there when he had the car dyno tuned, it made 290/300 to the wheels, and he never dyno'd it on the 150 shot. He recently put it up on Craigslist and said it made 375/400 on motor and 590/630 on spray. I texted him after I saw the add and ask him when he dyno'd it on spray and he said he never has, then I asked him why he was claiming way higher numbers n/a, and he never responded. Makes me very catious to buy things over the internet.

Lol I guess that makes my '04 Sonic Blue GT a collector's edition haha

Sonic Blue definitely wasn't one of the actual 40th anniversary colors.

And of course the obvious 390hp claim, hahahahahahaha

For the record, I paid $10,700 for my '04 GT with 33,000 miles nearly 3 years ago. And it came with the FR500s, exhaust, CAI, TB and plenum.

The ad says it has a shift kit so I'd guess that it doesn't have a fifth gear.

Even so... they can have fun selling it, they obviously don't know much about it.

lol I have another friend that reminds me of this person. Seems like something he would do.

He has a 95 GT with a 347 with some victor jr heads and a built c4. Does not have A/C, has a hole cut in the factory hood (which is painted flat black) for the intake to clear, and the clear coat has come off. The fastest you can cruise in the car is about 55mph because of a 3 speed transmission and 4.10 gears. Overall it's about a $6,000 car.

He listed it up for sale on Ebay and said he would not take anything less than $18,000 for it, or would consider trading it straight across for an 03/04 cobra. It made it that much more funny, because his car would not outrun a stock 03/04 cobra.

You mean pain job. I don't think that was a misspelling as much as a freudian slip. But hey! I'm sure the half painted black interior more than makes up for it.

As for this 390 hp 'o4, why did I waste my money on a blower when all I needed was a cold air intake.

I just noticed he "brought it right off the showroom floor" with a pic of a used car dealer? Too funny...

I'd feel like a complete idiot driving a car that looked like that. The repairs alone would cost more than that POS is worth.

The person who is selling this "390hp" BEAST must own a Honda...
Those import guys think a chip will substitute a turbo -.-
