How do u know when u have a bad mass air meter??

i have recentely done hci install i got pro m 80 from a friend of mine i sent it out to get calibrated to 24# injectors the car was running fine untile yesterday when the car started feeling hesatent and the check engine light went on also two outher question i am having a coolent leek i could not see where its really coming from because it happened at nite the but you can smell burnt coolent also my last question is the steering in the car feels lose like i can turn the stering wheel a quater of the way in each direction and the wheels wont turn the i had put the car on a lift a couple of days ago the every thing seemed to be fine can it be caused by a bad rackinpinon???????????

i dont have my stock mass air meter any more i ran a snapon code scanner the code that came up was 157 i bellieve it read mass air meter malfunction i called up pro m he sugested to disconect the battery and the 02 sensors then wait ten minutes and reconect the battery but not the 02 sensors and then run the car like that than turn the car off and reconect the the 02s i did not try it yet but plan i doing it tommorow hope fully it will work???
