Ok, so finally the weather cooperated with me and I decided to install the steeda pulleys.
First I remove the whole alternator assembly, went to autozone, rented harmonic balancer puller and have them install the alternator pulley.
Got back home, got water pump pulley out then used the HBP to pull the crank pulley off.. no problem.
Now I'm in the process where I use the bolt that steeda provided to push in the new crank pulley.. It's in about 3/4 way but the bolt got really tight and I DO NOT WANT TO SNAP the bolt in half like some of you here that have done it. So, I backed out.
So, the question is, is 3/4 way in enough? Is that how it suppose to be? I cannot get the thing in any further. Any pics would help.. I'll post the pic of what it looks like now soon. It's getting dark too
