2005 GT Premium, shaker 500 , 5 speed , doesn,t have my color dash thing . Has 7000 miles. they want 28,000 for this thing. The original sticker was in the glove box and MSRP was 27,800. Are they marked up that much?
Shop around, not all dealers are pricks. There are some that have been selling them under MSRP since the day they went into production. Get a list of dealers within a few hundred miles and start e-mailing their Internet or fleet departments.

unless you feel you have to have an 05, I would recommend you check out crossroads ford in raleigh. They are a large dealer, still have 13 05 v6s on the lot (mostly verts). They should get lots of GTs next year also. Charging MSRP in 05. I ordered my 05 GT on 6/13 from Rick Miller and it has been bucked, I should see it early aug possibly (hopefully) late July
Even popular cars like the Mustang depreciate quickly (unfortunately).
Call around Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston, and maybe Charlotte. There are lots of dealers in and around these towns, and they understand what competition is.
Plus, you'd get to go for a nice drive 'cross our state looking for what you want. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday.
