How hard is it to remove the dash???

I had mine in and out several times just a short while ago on my 87, so it's still fresh in my mind.

Those articles referred to earlier are great. I wasn't too worried about time, so I did extras like taking the gauge cluster out, HVAC out, etc. I also had the A/C disconnected, so the whole box came right out and it was an easy swap.

This is also a good time to change the pedals if anyone is thinking about a AOD-T5 conversion or vice-versa.

I seriously doubt anyone could do it in under a few hours. Mine might have taken me a long time, but everything lines up great and all the screws are back in (no extras), and that means no rattles - which is a good thing.

All of the screws and bolts that are left out are considered a Stage 1 weight reduction, it should be worth 2 tenths easily

It took me 3 hours to do the job and diddnt even take the dash all the way off. I moved it enough to reach back thereand take the heater box apart and that was that.
