how lopey is the trickflow stage 1 cam?

I'm running it, and it does have a nice lope. Definitely noticeable versus stock.

you will find that with stock heads its more lopey that with bigger heads like the afr 165 or edels or something. the less restricted heads mellow it out some

Here is mine..but the idle is set kinda high..around 1000rpm. When its lower it sounds alot nicer!

I know what you mean. It sounds really good at like 700-800 rpms, but doesn't like to idle when cold or coming to a stop, etc... I have mine at 1000 now too and no stalling problems.

Mine idels great at 850 any less and it wants to surge and die also.
