how many inches should i move my spoiler back?

this is a ? for all of u who have done it. i recently saw a stang with the spoiler repositioned and it looked badass!! i must do the same. so does anyone have any suggestions on how far back to move it? any pics? i own a 2000 gt if that matters.

But I'd say about an inch or so would look great.

What happens to the part of the trunk that was covered before and is now exposed? Was it clean and not visible?

thats a good question propeller, i have yet to do this project. tomorrow i plan on starting.

You're going to have an area with slightly different colored paint if you've owned the car for any extended period of time and/or it has been exposed to the sun.
