sometimes threads pop up on here about bad customer service but i had a great experience i thought i would share. i recently put a kb blower on my car and when the coil was moved so my msd superconductor coil wire wasn't long enough anymore. it sucked that the black wire kb gave me didn't match the others and i'm sure it wasn't as good quality so i called msd to see if they'd make me a wire. well, within a week i had a package at my house from msd with a coil wire made to the specifications i told them plus another longer piece of wire and 4 more connectors to make my own if i wanted to all for FREE. i didn't lie or ask them for a free wire, i was actually expecting to pay when i called because me moving the coil was obviously not their fault, but they did it no questions asked anyway. so i wanted everyone to know that my experience with msd rocked.

Wow, threads like this are few and far between. Usually it's just BAD feedback.

I have a small list of GOOD customer service that will always have my business.

Summit - free decals, hats, and overnighting replacement parts without any grief from my end.

AFSwheels - kept sending me a new center cap for a wheel that kept losing one every so often. Ended up buying two extra wheels shipped to my door for $90 each.

Andre at Edge Racing upgraded my Mild Street Edge stall converter to the new Street Edge stall after being sent a 4.6 converter. I got one of the first ones ever made.

i would second summit as having good service as well.
cobra259, my numbers were 321 hp and 350 torque at 6#'s and 15 degrees total timing, so it's extremely safe. i'm happy with the car for now. power to the white '95 cobras lol
