and Ive heard no more than 10 LOL but there are some crazies pushing 16+on big blowers! I think its safe 400 rwhp about 450 block. Over time even thats going to be a bit much. Its a good thing I dont give a **** when I throw 12# at mine

I would say however much it can take before it starts pinging 
Just keep it tuned good and should be good for 8-12psi with 93 octane. You want more boost than that and you will need some 101 octane or octane boost.

I can agree with that with one exception...alot of us dont have that self control! I mean, I dont. Mostly. I drive like Grandma but hammer it when pissed with a traffic situation that I can slip out of. I would also take it to the 1/4 track and race people. I dont know, my moneys on the block breaking in my hands. I wish it was stronger believe me
