i think 75 is the max i would do with a stock pump, and that is wet of course. I never went the dry route, the injectors are already dang small on the n/a's no reason to take more chance than nessicary!(im not nearly as brave as bhuff, and i dont have forged internals

) a 255 walbro is what i used when i was spraying 150...id suggest being very careful as you do your stepping. I recently pulled my n/a motor after i blew a headgasket ( was thinking i would have my turbo motor ready for the swap...not looking like it though ,dang $$$) Right before i blew my headgasket i decided to try my n/a luck, ran a E6 manifold with a T3 turbo, plumbed my oil return lines, wired in my la3 and vam...went for about 15 mins of fun (hehe, no exhuast!) was insane at only 10psi, then i blew the (cheap!!!) headgasket in two places, between 3-4 and also between 1 and a waterjacket.
Funny thing is the water was the only thing that stopped the motor from limping home, chamber will fill and on the compression stroke would sieze the motor!.
I live on a hill, the towtruck driver dropped it off at the bottom of the hill, next day i pulled the 1# plug turned it over, blew the water out. put the plug back in fired it up (limping still cuz of the two dead holes) , i pulled the car up my hill on the #2 cylinder only! (the 10psi of boost helped!), so between my clutch and boost , i made it up and she has been sitting every since!
Point of story is, today we pulled the pistons out of the n/a motor... 1-2 had a broken compression ring and 1-3-4 pistons had cracks in the skirts... i truthfully think the boost is what messed everything up, could have been the nitrous, but i didnt notice knocking or above normal oil consumption prior to the turbo, so i think the nitrous is pretty safe when done right!
Remember
1# colder plugs (i used autolite 103's , i would recomend NGK's plug forget the number, you can search for it though)
2#preimum gas when you are planing on spraying
3# timing when your getting above 100hp spraying
4# and for added saftey a wide open throttle switch/and/or/ rpm switch ( i just used a WOT)
5# 255lph pump when shooting 100+
6# You didnt hear any of these crazy ideas from me
