How much can my 302 take?

How much can it take? How do I know it is time rebuild/upgrade? I have a 95GT w/ 135,000 with some upgrades. I am going to upgrade to a stroker, eventually, but I want to get everything I can out of my 302 while it is still running. How long will my stock block put up with my "fresh" mods? I am new to stangnet and was hoping to get some good insite on what you all think.

95GT Stock 302 bottem end. P. Products Typhoon upper/lower intake, MAC shorty headers, Underdrive pullies, MAC CAI, 1.7 roller rockers, Lifters, Edelbrock Performer RPM heads (out the box), Diablo Sport tune, 70mm TB.

Your 302 should be able to hold up tp everything that you put on except nitrous your bottom end will not hold up. As long as you change the oil and due a tune up that block should be ok until you bore out the block.
