I thought they were going to be between $23,000 and $26,000 but I've heard that people are paying about $30,000(!) for their '05 and '06 Mustang GT's. How much did you pay for your '05/'06 GT?

MSRP in northern California...28,120. after taxes, 30,600 or something. this, after giving up on a shady dealer who "ordered" X-plan for me. btw, Pliskin, $25,850 after taxes? You obviously don't live in CA...good deal.

Ha luckily I dont! I wouldn't be able t afford it if I did. I'd be driving a v6 right now. But like I said before, our dealership is marking up GTs as high as $36k. Now THAT's sucky too.

Don't regret it one bit...the car is worth it!!! I gave up waiting on X-plan, so i paid $2k more. I don't even check the ERL anymore, because I don't care if it got pulled...No regrets. Plus, I'm gonna drive this bad boy into the ground, so I don't care about resale value.

Mine should come out at about 29,250 with X-plan after TTL. The MSRP is 30,300 before TTL. So, with the X-plan I'm basically saving TTL. That is fully loaded with the 18" fans.

I paid right around 25k for my GT (Deluxe). There is no way you are going to pay under 24k unless you are buying a used one and even then I have seen used GTs selling for around 30k. The demand is so high for these cars right now, you are probably going to be paying around or above MSRP.
