depending on the condition on your engine, not much more than stock so probably around 225-230ish range.

but the engine has stock 225hp!!!! (the engine has run 77.000 miles and is in very good condition)

All those thinks exthaust, uderdrive pully's, timing, air silenser must have some hp increase.

Somebody said that only the exhaust has a 20 hp improvment

Well my stock 91lx 5.0ho with a magnaflow catback and removed air silencer and timing at 15degrees I made 197whp and 265wtq it had 75000miles on it at the time. I will be putting a offroad xpipe on as soon as I get the money to install it, and my c&l intake should be here in a couple of days. I will get a dyno and let you know how it goes. I figure my intake will make about as much power as the deleted smog pump and underdrive pulleys.

225 is flywheel..most 5spd cars with exhaust will dyno 200-210 so that's pretty much where you'll be with present mods.

Auto cars dyno lower..usually AOD stock cars dyno 170-180's..you will likely see 190's with the current setup...maybe even 200 if the cars in a good general state of tune and mechanically sound.

higher octane doesn't make more power..just allows you to run more timing, actually you want to run the most timing with the least octane can get away with. So if you can run 14deg (most I would want on an iron head car) at 87...then that's ideal, otherwise you're simply wasting valuable cash on overpriced fuel.

Keep in mind you use a different method for determining octane than the US. Your 95 should be comparable to our 90.

Heads, cam, intake, shift kit and convertor (no HP but better use of the HP there) and gears..again gears offer no HP gain but HUGE acceleration increase.
