how much more ponys will i be looking at with a cam rockers and a mass air meter?

what cam?what rockers? what size MAF? and if the heads and intake are stock I would do that first, and if you had supporting mods(heads and intake) I would say another 10-20hp, but when it's stock you gotta open up the heads and intake before you do a cam, but the MAF and RR's are a pretty good idea to make you car perform better when it's pretty much stock.

a e-303 or can a use a b-303 or maybe a trickflow i havent made up my ind yet, the rockers are 1.6 ford racing and i dont know what size maf to get?
