How much is a 3:73 rear axle worth ?

I found a deal on a complete rear end out of a 89 5.0 with 3:73 gears and am wondering how much its worth. It does not have many miles on the gears. He is asking $200

see if he'll let u drain it and pull the cover off...inspect the gears before you buy it. 200 doesnt sound bad

mine cost me 300 bucks (canadian that is) it has served me well except for the 4500 rpm launch on juice and slicks which snapped the driverside axle. Oh well 40 bucks later and 45 min i had a new used one in.
