How much is usual Gear install.

can u guys give me some rough ideas of what you paid for the install of 3.73s, 3.90s, or 4.10.
i just wanna get a low price..so ill look around at all the nearest shops.
Rather it be done by a shop then have it whining.

I was quoted 390ish as my lowest, 700ish my higest. I got mine done by a friend that works for ford for 200.

it all depends on where you live. i was quoted 400 for the cheapest, and 800 for the highest. but then i realised i could do it myself for the price of parts(i have all the tools at my work).

yes me too, he could also be thinking of replacing the 3.73s that the previous owner installed and doesnt ahve a clue what thye costed the old owner...

yea i think the last two guys think about something before they type it.

if it was for the 5.0 would i have this thread in the 5.0 section. not the modular.

so yes it is for the 2002 and im just looking for prices to see what people pay and the differences in price between gear install..if there is any?

Any way, you want labaor only? Cause the lowest labor only I got was 360, but as I said labor only I got em installed for 200 by a Ford tech

Dude, when I get back to the Springs I'm going to need your lead where to get all my work done. I'll be doing gears after I get back there but I may need some P&P on my current heads first cause I may go with a SC.

Also body shops. I'll be doing some ground effects soon too.
