And the E303 cam won't work in your '79 since it's not a roller block. If you're wanting to build from scratch, I'd suggest finding yourself a roller block as a starting point. Any late 80's F-150 has them.
Gotcha.....I personally think there are better cams out there, but It's your choice. As for the pistons that are in your car.....there should be info on it floating around on the net somewhere, you'll just have to search. If worse comes to worse, your local Ford dealer may be alble to look up the original part number for you.monsterstang70 said:I know, thats why I said a E-303 spec cam.
