i'm still planning on a Comp 270 or 274, with a wieand stealth, 650 double pumper, the exhaust/ignition that i have on my car already and either some headwork or inexpensive aluminum heads (used performer rpm or trick flow, i'm waaaaaaaaaay too cheap for AFRs). I might be able to get an 8 inch posi that would bolt into my car for about 300 bucks. Thats really cheap (it seems) for a complete rebuilt rearend and thats not counting that most 9 inch rears will need to be narrowed to fit my car, since i drive a 66.
