I'd say probably a bit over 300 to the wheels. I wouldn't take my word for it tho, I've never been a good guestimater. As for the cam.... Not sure if you'd recieve better power with something else with that combo, but I for one love my b cam, the idle is bad ass and it's good good power throughout.

I would say change the heads to something that will support that stroker better.

I agree with this and also think a B cam would be somewhat on the small side for a 331.those heads and that intake are also not matched well.

the throttlebody and 30lb injectos arent needed there,

you could still run 24's N/A

and TOPS youd want a 70mm and a 75MAF

IMO its brodix St5.0r, HOlley systemax, Custom cam, Long tubes, 70mm throttlebody, 75MAF

So your saying a STROKER with a GOOD H/C/I, throttle body, and injectors would only make 300rwhp? That's pretty dissapointing. Why so low?

Well his combo isn't matched to well...he would have over 300rwhp though...

This combo right here would get him about 330rwhp if not more...

I thought I read a while back a guy w/331 w/afr's, custom cam made around 340 rwhp?? I would go w/better heads and cam w/the stroker, but just my opinion. I thought I've seen guys here to w/70-75mm t/b making pretty good power, so don't know about the t/b.

If you have $1k to spend on heads, go with the TFS heads, and stageII cam or a custom grind. You should see 330-350 rwhp IMHO.

if yuo already have those thumper heads keep them and run a stage 2 TFS cam youll be happy with the power it should make around 330-320 to the wheels and run high 11`s

why is everybody treating AFR's like god? sure there one of the best cylinder heads out there but I've seen Brodix flow better, Price isnt that big of a difference either......

There was a guy over on corral that had a thumper headed stroker with (i think) an anderson cam. He made 299hp with a larocca tune. The low end tq was great but thats the extent of it. Sometimes you have to make do with what you have.

To the stupid internet racers saying 30's too big or 75mm tb too big, please shut your ****ign mouth, you have NO experience. Thanks drive through I'm running both of those items on my tiny 302, its so slow and has no velocity

I own one of these cars and Drive it everyday, How am I a internet racer?

30's are stupid if its not whats needed, 75mm is pointless as well.

make the same power with something smaller and run into less problems.

You own a heads/cam car? You have experience with various injectors, maf's, tb's both on the track and dyno? Ouch, didnt think so 75mm matches the opening on that holey intake, so thats what you use. Oh, I just put a 75mm Tb on mine, you have any 75mm tb experience? You made a bold statement saying you'll have problems with a "big" one. Explain these problems. FACT is, he'll want 30's and a 75mm tb on that car.

I called you an internet racer because you bad mouthed parts you NEVER USED

ok back to the question. 30's will be good with the stroker. 24's will be ok the way you have it now but honestly, when you do what is recommended and run afr's or tfs heads and (I personally would) go with the stage 3 or a custom cam (if funds permit I would do the custom) then the 30's will be "needed". I have the stage 3 and it is a great cam but a custom can't be beat.

If you stay with those heads and that cam you are giving up alot of power.

to that other guy who asked about 300rwhp with "GOOD h/c/i" being disappointing. Not really considering the heads and cam he is using. you are calling them good heads and cam but honestly they are really on the small side for a stroker. on a 306 they would be good, still not the best. The b cam is an old cam and not a great cam anymore. I know because I had it.

Just because you throw on an after market set of heads and an aftermarket cam, doesn't mean you are gonna make great numbers. its about the combo and that combo above isn't matched properly!

Track #'s from you're combo, how about dyno #'s. I've had both AFR and TFS heads. BOTH are rather equal. Look at Mike's #'s (Grn92lx).
