How much power?

It'll be difficult making over 400rwhp through an auto unless you up the boost, which could be risky on a stock motor.

But FWIW my GT with the auto trans. and KB 1.7L @ 9 PSI put down 381rwhp, and made 428rwhp when the auto was swapped for a t56. So if you're making 360rwhp, that would be around 400-410 through a manual.

How much was it for the T56 swap?

just FYI, saying you'd have 405 thru a manual and 360 thru an auto implies an auto is 11% more drivetrain loss than the 5-speed. With 15% of a t45 ot tr3650 that would mean 26% on a 4R70W. It's more like 20-20.5% or 19-19.5% if you rebuilt it with lighter parts. So 405 through a manual would really be closer to 385 through the 4R. The 10.5% you experienced is most likely due to the t56 being a different loss rate or weather conditions as you can relate to with your first dyno run with the new KB

I know I know its another how much power thread. I was very close to ordering custom cams last night from mph. How much power would LTs and stage 2 cams get me? I would like to see 300rwhp.

1 million H.P.
