Good point! It should run close to $500. That's the cost in my area to repaint & fill/sand any small dents/scratches. Maaco is as good as the painter doing the work. If you don't know him...pass.Do it right the first time. A reputable shop might or should detail your car so it looks good when you pick it up.And if you don't like the work or see flaws in the paint job...Tell them you are not satisfied..please make it right. I had great paint work and crap jobs.
