how much sotp from a head change??

Hard to quantify SOTP. That's always subjective. You'll notice some improvement, however to maximize your power output, you'll need all your components to compliment each other. In other words, the more you update all componenets in the exhaust system, the more you'll notice the increases. Going up in heads will only do so much for you. Once you up the cam to match as well as intake, then she'll really wake up
