I am going to get a hood from cervinis and i was wondering how much i could expect to pay to get it painted? Also I am going to paint the front bumper also. Someone told me that i would have to have the fenders blended too because i have an E8 red paint code, it has a base red, tinted clear, then a regular clear. Anyway how much should i expect to pay for the job?

How many friends do you have in the auto paint and body department?

My friends would charge like $60 + paint, and do perfect color match, but they are also my friends. I bet you'll pay $120-$230, pending on whare you go

well, expect to pay a good bit. I paid $120 just for my hood scoop. Of course being that its BAB maybe that was a little tougher of a mix to get or something???

I think the going rate around here is 200+ for hoods.

Depending on your color and the color match, as well as how stock you want it to look, you may have to pay extra for prep work as well. The most expensive color match that include blending into the adjacent body panels, can go as much as $1500 or more.
