Looking for a set of wheels for the Fox. I like bullitts...but i've always had an eye on these.

Local guy has a set for sale...MINT condition, with no tires and come with the pony center caps.

He wants $400 for the 4 wheels (no tires)

What do you guys think? Seems a little high to me but i don't think he'll budge.

i thought those were 99 cobra wheels?

either way, $400 isnt too bad if theyre in really good shape but id see if he'd go $350, cash talks.

edit: i guess the cobras used the same wheels?

They are, but 03/04 GT's could get a set of them in chrome with pony caps as an option.

Unsure if they are "aggressive" enough for me. I need to see a black fox with them on to make up my mind i guess.

Look up raceoholic330s car, haven't heard anything about him in a couple years but he had a black 88 GT with those wheels and they looked awesome! I say go for those instead of the bullits!

They really work on black hatches; the guy mentioned above has them and it looks great.

I've got them and love them, and I think I paid a little more than $400.

Thats the wheel I've been planning on going with for a while now. I loved them on my 02 gt. Hopefully next year will be able to spare some money to pick up a set. I check for them now an then on craigslist and such and $400 seems to be a pretty fair price if they are mint. Thats probably the most Id want to pay for them.

That wheel is 169 per wheel at Ford Racing Parts and Accessories at great prices I think they are a nice wheel. They look good, but they are not aggressive like you said. An FR500 or Razor wheel is agressive but they are a tad more.

Well, i guess ifi don't like them, i'll just sell em off again?

I guess 1 thing i like is that it's an uncommon wheel on a Fox

Nice wheels, but I think $400 is about the top asking price of any Ford OEM wheel without tires. If they truly are mint, and what you want, go offer the guy $350 or so.

We got a full set of 18" Steeda Ultralites with good tires for slightly more. Not 100% perfect, but extremely well cared for.

Well i've already seen them. No curbing marks at all and basically the only wheels in better shape would be new. So when i say they are mint, they are. I'm picky when it comes to used wheels, so these fit my standards

If i bought them new, it would cost me nearly $700 plus shipping. I do like the style of them.

I want to measure mine. It doesn't look that tall.

You are right about the 700 thing. If you like them, and it really sounds like you do, you should jump on them, but offer 350 first, 375 second and if he won't budge 400 isn't bad.

Dude...those wheels are badass!! I have been looking at them for my build but 184.99 each then you gotta buy 18" tires.... You're looking at around 1400-1500 bucks. I can mount, but I can't balance.

Do it..

IMO i think they will look much better then the cobras you have on there, AND the bullitts you have as well.
