How strong is the factory T5 bellhousing?

Do you like your feet? Why do you ask? If it would explode at 3000rpm you may be safe but that isn't the norm. At 7000rpm it could throw your flywheel through the floor, through the dash and out the windshield.

Toes will be missing at anything above idle. If you look at a stock bellhousing it is cast and I have had rocks come up when doing 2-5mph on my driveway and put a hole the size of a quarter and my gravel is the size of a sweet tart.

When the clutch or flywheel explodes, How strong is the factory T5 bellhousing to hold up?
It's not. If you need something that will hold up, get a McCleod or Lakewood scatter shield. That's the only definite way to contain a clutch explosion that I'm aware of.
