How the frig do you take out and install a cigarette lighter in a '66?

Mine's wobbly and not working and I'm gonna try to clean it up and the connection but I can't figure out how nor can I fit to where I can see what the problem is.

The bezel threads into a sleeve thats put on from the back side, You can reach behind and turn counter it clockwise while holding the bezel from the front it'll come apart.
