How Tight to Tighten Front Swaybar?

I recently put H&R SS spring on my car which I love. When I put them in I wasn't sure how tight to tighten the nuts that attach the front sway bar. My new MM & FF ask Bernie column made it sound like you can adjust the front swaybar for better weight transfer during launches without taking it off. When I reattached it I just tightened it down good. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

ive done a few spring install and each time i have just tightened the swaybar nuts so they they were nice and tight...41 ft.lbs is the proper spec though
