How to adjust AFPR? lol

I don't know where the instructions are and I don't wanna blow a headgasket if possible or anything.... which way do I turn the nut to lower the pressure? I know I start the car, unplug the vac hose from the regulator and plug the hose with my finger and set the FP. If I tighten the nut will it lower the pressure?

do you have a fuel pressure gauge? if not you definetly need one that you can see when doing it so you know how much to keep turning it. i think turning it to the right increases the pressure....?...dont remember exactly
