How To adjust clutch ?

I bought my car car like almost 3 years ago and have never adjust my clutch. Now when ever I shift it grinds 1-2 gear and rest gears still have little grinding noise . I do most of my work with cars but clutch I have no clue how to .

I did pulled clutch pedal but I don't hear any click, some one told me that.

I need help
