how to anchor a sub box in 2005?

hi all

pleas don't think this is stupid but I am trying to determine how to mount a sub box in my 05 mustang. It would need to come out fairly easy to gain access to the spare and I am not sure how I can do that. I am going to make it my self out of fiberglass. It is going to be a box for a 12 that will fit in the passenger side rear corner.

I am really having a hard time with the whole drilling holes in the trunk of the car!! is there any other ways?

A write up in the latest 5.0 Mustang mag of an installation of a Scosche 12" sub and enclosure (sept issue, page 149) claim that the mounting holes for the shaker 1000 sub enclosure are already there sealed under some pieces of tape under the carpet. Perhaps you can use those.
