how to change shiftkit

When I bought my car the transmission had just been rebuilt and the recipet and the owner said a shiftkit was installed. I am going to be getting a converter installed sometime this week or next. How do you change the firmness of this? Also is it obvious that it has a shiftkit? Or is it really hard to change? Its going to be getting flushed and a new filter also.

it depends on what shiftkit was added.

a b&m just replaces a seperator plate with pre drilled holes.

on my transgo, you choose the which size you want the holes

because i was getting a highstall added at the same time i only put one spacer in instead of 2 but i drilled to the largest size.

it shifts pretty good and really hard when at WOT. even chirps 2nd and 3rd.
