I have a flowmaster catback and i plan on dumping them, when i took it apart i noticed a significant amount of carbon in the flow tubes (from h to mufflers) so i would assume my mufflers are clogged up too. how can i clean these? 
how to clean flowmasters and flowtubes??

Don't bother bro..it ain't hurtin anything. If you want to bad enough some carb cleaner or brake cleaner should do the trick...

You aint gona clog a flowmaster with carbon, its a hollow hunk of metal. I wouldnt even worry about it.

its more the flowtubes that i am talking about, the pipes from h pipe to mufflers, there is an 1/8th inch of soot around the whole pipe...

I used to use a degreaser and a brillo pad on none polished flow tubes for my gt's flows before i had stainless steel lx style pipes
