How to get bolts from motor mounts?

The big bolts that I need to take off at the motor mounts seem to be hard to get to.(2.3 motor) Is there a track in getting them off. They are in an angle. I'm pulling the motor and tranny together(hopefully). I've disconnected the crossmember and removed the two tranny mount bolts. Now I've got my cherry picker attached for support so I can get the motor mounts unbolted. Any tips?

I got them with a 1/2" socket and about a 1 foot extension. The extension went up between the A arm and the steering arm.

They are a nut by the way..

This was on a 5.0, but i'd imagine the 2.3 being the same.

Yeah, they suck. I'll have to pickup a longer extension then and see if that helps. (I have a small pick I use for a breaker bar, has saved me alot so far) Thanks.
