how to get that cool air intake whistle???

i took a ride in a guys car, he has the cheap Ebay CAI, it whistled when accelerating and sounded badass!

his ebay CAI is an actual fender mount. Is that how it gets the whistle??

if its a tb whistle its because the inlet pipe is not straight. bbk is not garbage at all amnit: . i had the whistle with my stock tb when the inlet pipe was not on straight.

my buddy had a cone type K&N filter on his f-150 and stock inlet and it whistled.Could it be ther filter making the noise???

"thinking" lol - but seriously the guy doesn't know, you don't really have to bash him - he seems like a nice enough guy - he just wants help - i was in his position not too long ago - knowing hardly anything - now i can actually help OTHER people for a change - but as for the whistle, i haven't put in my PP 70mm w/ 76mm C&L MAF w/ their signature "inlet tube" so i hope I don't get that whistle lol
