How to install clock pod?

My clock pod came with mounting brackets (If you bought yours new, you should have gotten the hardware too)(I know one guy on here who didnt know it was in the box, and threw all the hardware away.) (not I)

It's basically 2 pieces of metal. One goes in the hole at an angle (then you rotate it flat so that you cant pull it back out) and the other mounts on the bottome of the pod. When you tighten the bolt, it pulls up on the piece in the hole so that it forms a snug fit. BE CAREFUL YOU DONT DROP IT INTO THE DASH)RC

that piece mounts to the bottom of the pod and screws go through each end. Once that is good to go the piece with the stud goes into the dash ( stud facing up ) and you install the pod on top of the stud and through the gauge holes spin on the nylon nut and then you are done.

Yeah, that's a hard one to explain with just text. There should have been instructions with pics in the kit!

If you dont get it with what we told you, then you may be missing some of the parts.

There should be:

*One "front to back" metal bar attached to the clock pod.
*One similar looking loose bar - that goes in the dash hole and turned flat so you cant pull it straight out...those to bars will for a "+"
*a bolt that goes throught the bottom of the bottom bar, up through it and then up throught the bar on the clock pod.
*a nylon bolt (or any will work) that you tighten down over the clock pod bar.

That willl tighten the 2 bars, bring then closer together, thereby creating upward pressure on the lower bar against the underside of the dash.

If you can make it to Towers I will show you if you dont get it by then
