I have a 11:1 compression carbed 351 motor. I just blew a rear main seal. It has no pcv valve. Just a breather cap on each valve cover. Could the lack of a pcv valve have contributed to my blown rear main. I've decided to put in a pcv. What would be the easiest way to do it. There are no acc. on motor. No air,heat,power brakes. Could i put a pcv valve where one of breather caps are and just run a line to the back of carb. I would appreciate any simple and easy ideas. BTW the main busted after about 2000 miles. I am new to the carb stuff. i had a 302 efi before this.
