How to install prochamber!!!!

Ok, I get how to install it. I mean I know where the bolts are but how do you get to the ones connecting to the headers? I can get to one of the four bolts but I can't even loosen it!!! Do I need to drop anything or anything?

Oh yeah, I can't get anyone in California to install it b/c there are no cats so yeah, I'm stuck here unless one of you live in California and would like to help?

Theres something called PB Blaster that you can get at like autozone or advanced that supposedly works well on that stuff.
