First get a 1/2 dr air gun and a 3/8 dr air ratchet. With the belt still on, loosen (but don't competely take out) the alt pulley bolt, the water pump bolts, and the crank bolt. Then pull the tensioner back and remover the belt.
Remove the bolts from the W/P then put the new pulley on and lightly tighten the bolts. Remove the nut from the ALT. , replace with the new pulley and lighly tighten it back up.
The use a puller to get the crank pulley off. Make sure the keyway in the new pulley is clean and doesn't have any burrs on the edges. Put a little silicone sealer in the keyway to keep oil from seeping out and install the new pulley. Use the bolt supplied to pull the pulley on far enough to allow the stock bolt to thread again. Then run the new pulley down with the new stock bolt.
TIP- go to the dealer and buy a NEW crank bolt to use.
Reinstall the belt, the use the air tools to make sure that all the bolts and nuts are tight. Start it and mkae sure they all line up.
