Thats it! Ive had it with my stupid Passenger side foglight. It keeps getting filled up with water and busting my bulbs. I can unbold the bottom hex screw but the top on in the back I cannot get for the life of me.

So Ive come to this: Is there an online HOW TO of removing the front bumper cover?

If your having a problem getting to the foglight screw, the bumper bolts arent going to be much more fun. You have to contort your arm up into the fender to get to the bolts that clasp the bumper down. If you take a look at the pic I attached, I drew an arrow that points to the panel, the bolts are behind here (so you have to get to them from under the car).

From there, once you get the bolts off of each side - you just have to remove a few screws. Theres one on each side of the wheel well, towards the front of your front tire, it attaches the black panel to the bumper. Theres another couple screws underneath, they are black push pin type screws. You will see them if you look under the car near the scratch guard. Then you just have to remove the grille screws that hold the grille ends to the posts on each side.

Its real easy, the hard part is just getting to those bolts! Once they are off, your good to go.

I remember I followed an online walkthrough, but no longer have the link on my new computer. But its pretty self explanitory, the main part is the bolts.

i just installed my foglights and it was the biggest bitch ever. took me like 2 hours of fiddeling with the 2 hex screws on the back of each of the fog lights.

if you really dont wanna take off the bumper just lift the front end up as far as possible and crawl under there and work from the back of the foglights.

No it is much easier to get to those bolts from the wheel well. I have taken my bumper off about 10 times now and can do it in about 15 minutes.

I tried taking the black plastic surround out from the wheel well, but it seemed locked in there pretty good and I didnt want to pull and bend anything. Wasnt hard from under the car, just had to contort your arm in the right position. Putting it back on was easy once I had the technique down, haha.
