Well I get the point on how to get the block and tran out but I'm asking whats easyer. Well I got the whole top end taken off I.E heads, headers, intake. I want to know is it easyer to take it out one by one or has a whole? Also what little thing do I need to know? thanks

Defenitly as a whole.

Get a hoist or whatever (we just had a large chain and crank attached to our celing) and strap the block up with everything else un-bolted and lift it out.

Tilt it toward the back (if its a auto put a rag in the tail shaft if you didnt drain it,but you should have) and it will come out.

you should have left the top end together and just pulled it all in one huge chunk.... but if i were i would still pull it all out....that way when you go to put it back in you could assemble outside the car and drop it all in

lots easier to remove and install while still the engine/tranny are bolted together. also get your self a engine load leveler, it will make removing the engine alot easier than having to lower the hoist and readjust the links on the chain.
